 Considering 2009 “The European Year of Creativity and Innovation”, Team Work Association has organized its second European project , called “Creative ideas for a better world”, a youth exchange of the Youth in Action Program.

The main purpose of the project was to make young people aware of the current problems in Europe and to find solutions together through creativity, while the objectives we have considered were:

• identifying current European problems and finding creative solutions by exchanging ideas

• facilitating youth involvement by non-formal activities based on creativity and intercultural dialogue which could make the participants aware of the European values and stimulate their community spirit

• making a brochure with the most creative solutions for the current problems identified by the participants and promoting it in the participants’ living communities.

The exchange took place in Cluj Napoca, Romania and gathered for 8 days (23^rd – 31^st august 2009) 27 participants, including group leaders, from Latvia, Italy, Turkey, Poland and Romania.

The activities were based on non-formal education and the methods used were debates, games, theatre, presentations and national evenings.
